CJ is the founder of Sunday Everyday, a Texas-based mobile catering operation specializing in film, commercial, and corporate environments. With over 18 years of experience in legal project management and operations, CJ combines culinary leadership with structured execution, logistical oversight, and deadline-driven performance.
His background in the legal sector sharpened his ability to manage complex workflows, coordinate teams, maintain discretion, and pivot under pressure, skills directly applicable to corporate events, institutional engagements, and high-volume productions.
Culinarily, CJ blends Creole heritage with global technique, focusing on clean sourcing, scalable menus, and operational efficiency. Since 2008, he has successfully executed events ranging from private executive dinners to 1,500-guest large-scale service.
